Out of shape
So I used to competitively swim for 6 years, up until July 2010. Haven't done anything since, and just started exercising again today.
Sprinted for 20 minutes straight along with running(pathetic jogging) too for 30 minutes and I feel like dying.
talk about being out of shape.
Did I mention I gained 10 kilograms since I quit swimming in July 2010, like holy shit
I used to weight 50 kilograms, now I'm just under 60

What i did was start out slow.. i went as far as i can running around the block and then drank a protiene shake to build up a lil bit and then did some push up and sit ups then ran again.. for a week.. but then i got sick and havnt done much lately..

When I got to around 356 and got sick of looking at my fat ass self I downloaded p90x and did that went from 356 to 178 and was fucking sexy with an 8 pack after the 90 days. You will burn around 25-35 pounds ever 30 days. At first its hard and you will hurt but after a bit you will get use to it. I haven't done it in a long time tho I'm up to 220 but I'm 6.3 so I don't look fat but whats left of my 8 pack is going away thinking about doing p90x again.
