I been looking online for something that is legit and you don't need to download a stupid program
to make your download speed and or upload speed a lil faster for in General.. or for utorrent..

right now my Upload max is 2.5 MB/s anyway to get like 3.0+ MB/s

Did you tweak your uTorrent settings?

Ok - this worked for me and may work for you. Grab your IP address from Google or something, enter it into your address bar. Login and all that shizz and select the 'UNpN' tab and disable it. Increased my WoW download by about 600 kb/s and mines like 2mb/s download.

You can remove the cap your ISP puts on you by altering your modem's configuration files. It's ccalled "uncapping", and trust me it does a lot. I've been paying for 3 mb/s and have only seen it as high as 1.2, uncapped my modem and I now get around 2.3 and around 2.8 on a spike.

Darkspear (though it recently underwent a economy crash so I kinda left) and some random server beginning with Angarmagn or something. I'm always up for trying new servers ^_^

You grab the Image file for your modems firmware and alter it to replace the cap, then swap out the existing firmware with the altered one. Works best with Cable.
