I don't think it's possible unless the hacked client has the mod itself in the client.

@avery12 is right.

You can't install a mod manually whilst having a hacked client installed because you're changing the classes (removing classes from the hacked clients) and that's what causes the hacked client to not work. Only possibility of TMI being with/on a hacked client is the developer adding it himself.
