Honestly, that isn't much. Her items are recent. I've seen a level 1 with quite a few AC rares. She's barely put anything into that account. If she REALLY wanted to do so, she'd max out inventory at the very least and obtain some REAL rares. She just has a few Quibble items that not a lot of people like. Real rares would be the Dage B-Day rares, items of significant meaning to the storyline from the DvN war, and rare items from several years ago (gen. 1 milt items, first few quibble shop items).
