    PayPal bank account.

    I'm wondering if it is possible to make a PayPal bank account. You are probably asking why? I'm currently 17 years old and in my country, you are able to make a credit card but since you are 17, you cannot shop online with it. I'm trying to say, I want to open a bank account on PayPal so when I make trades for money, people can send them on my PayPal account or when I try to buy things online. I heard it's possible but I don't know how and I can't find anywhere.

    People all over the forum sell methods about this. But I haven't really tried any. Ask some of the people who buy those methods I guess

    They are not exactly selling that kind of methods, how to make a PayPal account and be able to use it online even if you are under 18. It's called E-Books that guides you how to make money online, I think so.

    What I've done so far. I used a generator that creates a fake identity. Signed up on PayPal with the fake identity and after that I've chosen the method called "Bill Me Later". As far as I know this method allows you to do tradings online, shopping and any kind of purchases. But there is a limit. However, when I tried to choose that method, they didn't approve me because the PayPal account is new and I don't have enough transaction made on it. Not sure what I need to do right now but still looking for help how to setup a PayPal account.

    If you browse through the User Services section, there are people that charge money to verify your PayPal. On the other hand, there are also free tutorials which will help you verify your PayPal for free.
