well i bought the season pass next day i got banned but i got it back after buying the the game , i just chat with steam support and they gave me 49,99€ gift card then i just bought it as a pressent for my neew account

did you tell them you got banned for hacking? Thats probably why they wont do anything.

They won't care. Honestly, if this was me, I'd call the CC company and have them reverse the charge. The game is banned, so the account is pretty much worthless (if you hacked on main account.... ouch).
