Having a bad day

I'm having an incredibly bad day everything is going to.. shit.
I kind of need help with something, I installed a pack of fonts and accidentally pressed replace all by a habit and now it seems my helvetica font is being replaced by something that's thinner or something.

Could someone provide the default helvetica font for me. That'd be swell, thanks.

Unsure, I'm having a bad day and I'm not really willing to risk fucking up even more.
It seems like it wasn't supplied with windows, but that's peculiar due to what used to be visible is now barely visible due to the replaced font or whatever happened.

It has even changed the in game font of my garry's mod.
And if it's of any informational worth, I was trying to install helvetica neue.

Or tell me how to revert this bullshit, because it seems to default to ultralight or something.

There is this tool that i use to have that deletes all the fonts you installed and adds back the original fonts so you don't have to re-install windows

ill see if i can find it.

FontFrenzy did the trick.

Unfortunately my windows theme was reverted and I have to reinstall that.
But it's a process I guess.
