    Change that. 2 days, break, 1 day, break, 1 day, break, 2 days, break, etc. You're overworking your muscles, meanwhile not working them enough in the individual workouts. Work your muscles to exhaustion. You shouldn't even be able to lift a weight more than half an inch when you finish. Also, take in more protein.

    Wrestling is the biggest advantage you can have in a fight, you can dictate where the fight takes place, but it can work towards your opponents advantage. Learn how to scramble off the ground, and keep your arms square within your body so you're not open to armbars, kimuras, and shit like that.

    But it's not surprising you got submitted so easy. There so many techniques.

    I'm starting mma at the end of this month. After you get good Vise Versa, imma fuck you up.

    Also lifting won't change shit, you need to be able to recognize armbar positions, and prevent them.

    Dude never say that again. i can tell you this right away. YOU WILL LOSE ALOT MORE! if you cant find peace with it you shouldnt do it. I am doing kick boks for over 5 years now, LOST ALOT of fight ALSO won alot of fight even have some trofies to prove it! buut dont get yourself dont like this. just take all the anger and WORK IT OUT by doing more training, IT REALLY WORKS when ever you are upset, angry or feeling down try to go and TRAIN you will clear your mind and train at the same time. what i just can say is, never give up.

    Was originally gonna do Kickboxing (as in specialize in it), but due to my small stature, BJJ may just be my best way to win.

    Doesn't really matter with weight classes, unless you're talking about being skinny, then yeah, but you need good core strength to hold a submission long enough for someone technical enough to escape to submit.

    Depending on your opponent in comparison to body size, it can make a huge difference. Yes, a smaller person can take down a larger person with the right skill set, but it will be relatively easier if they have a more dense physique with strength training.
