Best semi sniper?

I know people think the SVD Zebra is the best, mainly because it's usually a 1HK, but I'm wondering about the Knights SR-25 and the HK417.
Of these two, which is better? And what's your personal preference when it comes to semi sniper rifles?

Out of those two Zebra is the obvious choice do to its amazing move/jump shot, no recoil, and great ohk for a semi. But imo the best semi sniper in the game is VSS Katana. That thing is a beast.

HK417 is great for spamming. IMO, way better than Mad Galil.
SVD Zebra is the best semi, jumpshotting and one hitting people without armor.
Knights SR-21 is a mix between these 2 above. It can't spam, but looks good and when you're lucky: you get a one hit kill.

VSS katana is aweasome, but try not to be to far from your enemies..
Knight's SR25 is one of my favorite snipers (if it isn't my favorite!) ! Aweasome damage / range / moveshot / quickscope / ROF.. I oneshot > 85% of the time with my mods!
(Ex: When i had my good computer i made a 40 kill streak with it on Pyramid..)
Didn't really try Zebra but it looks nice! Also Mad Galil is good to.
I don't know about HK417
