Hi All,

We appreciate your time in sharing out your thoughts and for keeping this thread clean. We share the same sentiments with you guys and as we mentioned on our first post, we're gamers at heart too. The decision is difficult for us but we were left with no other choice but to postpone it for now. A lot of things were taken into consideration, one of them is the actual User-Interface (UI) appearance. We (Blackshot Staff) feel that something is lacking and missing, it doesn't have the "Blackshot Feel" that we (and you) love the most. Second is the new interface itself, we feel that it may take time for an existing player to adjust to the new UI, which is not suppose to happen. So we addressed all our concerns to Vertigo (Developers) and after much evaluation, they have accepted our suggestions and feedbacks into consideration and would do adjustments/improvements on their part.

Now is not the time to blame who's fault is it, either us (Garena Blackshot) or our developers (Vertigo), what's more important is we work hand-in-hand with them to give you guys the best user experience in Blackshot. In behalf of Vertigo, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize if we have failed your expectation and thank you for your understanding.

We believe Season 2 (UI Renewal and Character Renewal) is a very crucial patch for Blackshot. Although it's not a total revamp of graphics, it would be the first step for improvement and change. As mentioned, we rather take it slowly but surely rather than we rush it and end up failing.

Season 2 would be released this year and it is still on top of our priority. As of now, we cannot give an exact date or an estimate date as the development would depend on the Season 2 development and testing. In case the patch is close to 90% completion, by then we could update and give a new release date.

As mentioned on the first post, besides the Season 2, we've been making further improvements and changes to the current version on things such as server stability, new patch contents, weapon re-balancing, working out the glitches and bugs, as well as cracking down on those detestable hacks. All these are being done to ensure that we provide the best user experience to you.
