Squeeze the fuck outa it then wash it and put a dab of toothpaste on it.
The toothpaste will dry it out so its less red next day although i'd use some moisturizer as your skin will be dry as fuck ;D
If its still there in morning put ice on it for a couple mins, it removed redness
Being a teenager with oily skin i've got like a whole plan of action for if i ever get some fucking huge pimple
