Try to re-install windows. Initially, you have to change your hardware ID. Try to search for it on Google.

to change your hwid its hard. you need to download a cmd program like called Volume.cmd and use cmd commands. now i suggest just reinstalling windows its much easier trust me and it doesn't work honestly cause they also do ip at the same time ur hwid is banned. and even if you get around it they ban your actualy ip from the router (the main ip gateway of the network) trust me i am having this issue right now. i can only use my account i can't make another account or get nx.

if you are getting can't complete action due to suspicious activity its due to hwid and ip and mac and primary ip ban.

nexon doesnt do HWID bans so this probably is a fail thread that the OP is IP banned and thinks hes HWID banned...

I'm pretty sure Nexon EU does Hardware bans. And from the looks of things he's European.

Yes, in EU a lot of ppl (at least in my country) can change IP restarting the router. And that's the reason of acc tracing by HWID and also HWID ban.
