It's not macros. Nega uses his middle finger to tap, which is very smart considering its stronger than your index finger. There is a video of him tapping his para. He also taps the same speed when he plays in tournaments. He is able to click about 11 times per second . _ .

A part of the hack, you get a kind of reward box, when it's charged you can activate it with 'E' in this case, he gets speed up, when this hacker was in my room I got shield, took about 4 head shots to kill someone with that shield. Ridiculous,
