    The most convenient way (I think) is to attack the Sketchy Dragon in /join j6, as it only has about 1000 health but still drops the quest item with 100% success rate. Basically, the quest ID is listed above (Thanks, joshmary ) and then you join /j6-999999 (for a private instance), move to the left of cell R4, and attack the Sketchy Dragon until dead. I think.
