(Crossfire EU) Crashes when i start the game

So basicly, when i start Crossfire EU, i get the HGWC launcher to 100%, then the crossfire loading screen comes up, and immediately closes down and shows this message:

Please help me with this :/ i did try to reinstall it, like 5 times... still the same, and i just updated my graphics drivers, so i dont know what to do next, please help.

Try updating your graphic card drivers. This error is always caused sometimes, and updating your graphic card drivers always seem to be the solution.

Yea, but as i said, i alrrady got the latest drivers for it, my graphics card is sapphire radeon hd7950 3gb

Update drivers
Install DirectX (latest)
Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Runtime
Install .NET framework 4 or 4.5

Run Cf as admin
Run HGWC as admin

But i realized a thing now, i did reinstall it, but before i did, i changed it to window mode, and after that i reinstalled it because i got MFC Application has stopped working, its still in windowed mode, how is that possible?

try this:

- right click on desktop
- click "screen resolution"

- set to ''800x600"

- now click "advanced settings"

- go to ''Monitor" tab

- change the "colors" option to *36bits*

- restart your computer

- run CF and HGWC as admin.

if it doesn't work change it back to what it were before... not sure if it helps in any way, but deactivate your Anti Virus and Firewall before starting CF.

And i did also scan whole my pc, no viruses, so idk how to fix this :/ it happens to alot of other games too, that it says it has stopped work.

-change your graphic settings.

-go to CFpatcher.exe properties and uncheck the "read only" box:

hmmm tick it then. And by changing graphic settings I meant to change your graphic driver settings.

If that doesn't work either, go to the following path:

C:/Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc./ and delete all the files inside that folder. Then run the patcher as administer and tick the "read only" box again.

If it doesn't work go to the next level
