    Well i was hacking but when i went in with out the hacks that happened... am i ip banned or what??? and i tryed reinstalling but that didnt work either.....

    Go in without hacks, run in win 95 compat mode and if that doesn't work try opening with hack again

    Right click and go to properties, there should be a tab that says compatibility, go there and put windows 95 if possible
