Might have skin cancer

I been looking it up a lot in the last few hours. It started almost a year ago as a little spot that itched like hell thought it was from working out or something. It's on my iner legs up by my dick I didn't think anything about it. But over the year and a half it has gotten a lot bigger looks just like most of the pics on google it itches and burns and is getting bigger just like all the shit says on skincancer.org.

I have 'fat tissues' (apparently) in my neck, back etc... They've been there for ages and they sometimes hurt like fuck
I don't really think much of it, if I have cancer then let it be..............
I'm not fat by the way, for those people that don't know what fatty tissues are they are just little lumps that you can feel under your skin.

The thing is, its going down in size everyday, so maybe its just normal?

Yeah, most likely, then again it could be sinking in... :L
My doctor says that if it gets smaller or stays the same size it's fine but if it starts to get bigger then it will most likely be bad :L
