Uploading rules state you need a screen shot and two virus scans.

I made a release (XC Services Disabler) It's without gui It find the service to bypass AVA and then Close the Service , and he said no screen shots how can even i get screen shot for it ?? you didn't even ask me first...

Ask OP for whatever he needs to add and give him a time limit. Don't make it too short but don't make it too lengthy.

I usually ask them to do this if there are any mistakes, or PM them to sort it out and soft delete until they do. I'm sorry but I can't speak for Flengo.
