Edit: Dial back the PSU, 700W is way too much for what you're planning on getting. Also I'd rather get a Bitfenix Shinobi than a HAF. Money saved on smaller PSU and cheaper case can be spent on more important shit like an SSD.

Depends what kind of rendering your looking at. You might benefit from going Intel + hyperthreading if you're doing high end stuff but for basic rendering what you have there should do fine.

500W psu from a popular brand should be decent. Stay away from OCZ though, they suffer from major coil whine.

And the PSU is a coolermaster 525w $65
Total is now $727

I'd reccomend pushing for atleast a 660ti.
If you have to go for the 650 the build overall isnt that bad.
