Thief - Out of the Shadows looks like a cool ass game

Was dicking around youtube and see this video. Looks like it will be a kick ass game. Well for me I love like old time thief games and like that stay in the shadows and take shit kind of games. What do you guys think?

I want to rely on my sound, hide in the shadows and avoid as many fights as possible not just because that's how I like to play but because that's how Thief should be. I definitely do not want Assassins Creed with stealth elements just to cater to the new crowd. Dark Project and Deadly Shadows are two of my favourite stealth games of all time.

Yeah I loved them two this Thief game will be there 4th I think. They are the same people that made Thief Dark Project and Thief Deadly Shadows. So you already know what the gameplay is going to be like. Unless they changed every thing and are only making this game for money. Hope not because there old thief games are fun as hell still play deadly shadows ever now and then.

I wouldn't care if GFX looked like shit I played all the old Thief games the gameplay is very good but this game is only coming out on next gen so I'm sure the GFX will be good as well.

I'm not talking about GFX. I'm talking about the CGI can be and is often deceiving. As you see zero game play, all the good old stealth games that have a remake are typically bad, imo.

Like what exactly? Also I'd rather them render out CGI cutscenes and intros to set the vibe than an unfinished engine with scripted gameplay.
