Black ops 2 Rollbacks

Is there any way to prevent this? No matter what I use to change kills or deaths whether it's a trainer or addresses using CE table I always get it...yet some other people aren't, I don't get it.

Might have to just get lucky with it. I don't think there is a way to stop it from happening.

If you even get a message from steam that says "download data from steam cloud" or "upload data from current computer to steam cloud" upload that normally is the best way to prevent rolebacks. Everytime I used to edit a stat I got a message like that.
