Just make a bunch of fake emails and then start making accounts with them. That's what I do. Usually I use Yahoo.

I find hotmail the easiest way to make emails. Make a lot of emails and just keep registering

You might have to use different web browser if it blocks you on your main. IE works.

You can try a spam email service such as mailinator. But i think Nexon has blocked most of them.
The easiest legit way would be to make a bunch of Hotmail accounts, it would be pretty time consuming though.

Thats half of my lifetimes total bans actually . . (although I have been aimbotting up a storm)
