Cannot download A.V.A.

When i download the downloader i see only:

Starting Download...

and stay around 30 minutes this does not moves other.

I've downloaded it from Aeria Ignite There it works.

Did you try restarting your computer?
If that doesn't solve the problem, throwing it in ~30cm of water worked for me.
