It's suspicious that you have a 'legit' Cherry, but no other weapons, aside from FN-FNC, which was availible in the starter package. I doubt that you've bought the FN-FNC with 15$ (or 8$ when it was on sale).

Also, looking at the weapons, it doesn't look like what a Captain would have.
