CPU wattage help

I currently own a XFX ProSeries Core Edition 550W 80Plus Bronze PSU and I am planning on getting a i7 Processor i7-3770 3.4GHz. The cpu is 77 watts, but will I need to get a 600+ watt psu?

Intel i5-2400s 2.5GHz (Turbo 3.3)
8GB CORSAIR MEMORY
500 GB HDD 7200 RPM
EVGA 650 1GB
550 XFX PSU 80 PLUS

My CPU takes 95 watts and my GPU needs a psu with a min of 400 (mine's 550) so i would keep the 550
