    It would be nice to create a client giving a candy gnome quest or change a monster quest to a other.

    You can not i tried doing this by making a radar/map to ind beachzones but since its server-sided it would not work. (Yes i did use it when it said "Oryx: What is this beachbum doing in my realm?"
