Well yeah sure, i don't see why you shouldn't overlock it.
I've stuck to Intel on most of my builds so i'm not sure how AMD cpus are in terms of overclocking but i'd just be sure your cooler is good enough and you dont just copy and paste voltages etc from other videos etc.

I really dunno about my coolings.
I have 2 build in fans from my CM HAF 932.
They seem to be verry breezy.
have no clue if its sufficient etc.

i'm not sure. In my experience ive always stuck with water cooling when its came to overclocking, i just find air cooling a little unreliable when im overcloking up to 4.2+ghz.
Just make sure you know everything will be right when you do it.
And see what your idle temps are with your current cooler are.
obvs if theyre really high its not going to be going very well when yu're overclocking.

I think that you can do a run command that opens up a window for you to disable windows startup services, and in another tab on the same window - you can enable cores for your PC
