i'm not sure. In my experience ive always stuck with water cooling when its came to overclocking, i just find air cooling a little unreliable when im overcloking up to 4.2+ghz.
Just make sure you know everything will be right when you do it.
And see what your idle temps are with your current cooler are.
obvs if theyre really high its not going to be going very well when yu're overclocking.
