I suggest a forum guides section.

This would include guides on how to use the basics of a forum properly as I see so many people don't know how to use vBulletin. If no-one is willing to make/post the tutorials I'll do them myself as I'm sick of seeing constant quad-posts and people asking for help on how to do things.

In short - MAKE A GUIDES SECTION. Preferably as a sub-section of General.
