I just tried getting into a hacked lobby and once in the middle of playing, it kicks me out saying something like "Hit max vehicle count" wtf ;o

That probably means the game tried to load an extra entity when all the slots were used up.

Btw, how to know you are banned or no
Click on you'r steam name and you will find VAC Status, and you will find what games you are banned in.
