simply, I say yes. What has the US accomplished for the South? a Capitalist government. Troops have been in South Korea for a long time. I believe that its time they return. They have a military that CAN defend itsself. Troops keep an eye on the border, but South Korea can handle that.

Wrong. South Korea will get owned by the North. Especially now that Korea feels the need to test its missles.
