Well good job bumping a 6 year old thread.

But, to answer your question, look at the bottom of left of each post. See the sherriff badge? That's how you give rep to someone. Someone else has to click on that, type in a reason (or not, who cares), and hit add. You'll receive rep depending on how much "rep power" they have. I just sent you some, and I have 32, so your rep should go up from 10 to 42.

Now don't bump old threads again.
