Distraught - Account was Hacked (Banned for Advertisement/Outside Links)

Case Information:

Alright so sometime last night/this morning two of my emails were brute forced. I've recovered both emails and added additional security measures. The only things I still don't have access to are my main account here, Distraught, and my Skype. He was posting on my account today advertising a keystealer for DayZ and some other crap and received a ban shortly after. When I tried to recover my Distraught account on here, it states that the email does not exist. I believe he switched the email to the one in the image below which is an email from Skype that I received on one of my recovered emails.

Still an inconvenience though. Was that account not linked with 2 of his other accounts? Assuming the IP's don't match up, there's nothing that can be done anyways. Just curious

Posted here because it was stated on another thread. Admitting he uses another account on a different IP since SafeKeys and Safe Keys did not match in IPs.

I don't think jayhop is SafeKeys. Safekeys did log into your account and his new alt has been banned yet again.

I completely understand. I wasn't originally trying to link him. But once he posted that on the scammer report. That statement caught me offguard after reading what Nico said Although I do have proof that VelocityImagine is Safe Keys. Just need my skype. I do not know who CY6_VelocityImagine is though.

One last thing, the reason the accusation was linked to Safe Keys was mainly because I had no affiliation with any of his business partners. Which on his thread back when he got hacked. He had stated that his account had been hacked by a guy on skype that went by SafeKeys 1. Which was 1 of his 3 skypes used for partners in his selling business. So putting two and two together. Assuming the original hacker still had access to jayhop's account, I asked myself why I would be targeted. Only thing I've done recently is release a menu that was released on jayhop's site for purchase. The hacking came short after. I hope you understand why I originally made the accusation.

Also, if my account posted advertisement/outside links when I did not have access to it, will I be punished? Asking because it's still banned. @Dave84311

Well I had some time so I did a quick investigation on request. Not really an investigation, just a minion. Might be enough for Dave to take a quick look at the IP Addresses. Some of the threads linked to are deleted.

Its in a Word Document since it was easier to organize and keep track this way.
