Windows mode alone?

Looking to play this game again for the fun of it, and boredum kills at times, but this game laggs my shitty laptop like crazy,can anyone make a windows mode file to reduce lagg? Would be very much appreciated, thanks

Make a windowed mode will not reduce the lag :\

Play using lower resolution and no effects.

As B4NDiT said playing in Windowed mode doesn't reduce lag because the computer still has to render the same things.

Play in a lower setting / resolution.
