Can my PC run COD4

9200SE sapphire Radeon
37gb HDD

I play crossfire and get around 80Fps when im in a room playing 1v1

I know the computer is junk but i don't really have enough time to play games, i just like to play now and then so would appreciate it if you guys could tell me if this system could run cod4 or not, im not bothered of minimum graphics settings when playing
