Non-member Voucher of Nulgath

I've been farming for about 2 months now and i got all requirements for the Juggernaut quest but i seemly cant get get a non member voucher all i can get are member voucher like almost 20 times so is it really hard to get a non member voucher or is there some other quest except supplies to spin the wheel and mana golem to get it....................can anyone help me ?

That happend to me but only 1 week farming i found out that when i was looking on the drops there were the non member voucher and it didn't get auto accepted plus a couple of tainted gems
Note if theres a lot of drops open bot manager and type in what items you need then add them to get item drop then after its done go to options and reject all drops

Thanks cause this was already getting really really annoying....
