What we need to do is the following...

-Kick everyone out of Cs and start over
-Change some things around in the group such as
* Times between you can post to about 5-10 minutes
* No flaming or flame baiting of any kind any where or its a 2 day ban
* No Avatar/No emoticon Use
* No Voteouts, once your a Cs you stay A Cs..
-Only way to get into Cs is a Vote in by the majority of the community
- No using it as dumb bets and shit

Make it where people DON'T WANT CS!! and when they are a CS they hate it, and don't take it as a joke.. like it is right now..
