Only because you're a high rank, with only GP perms and very little GP. :\

I may be wrong, we get the occasional buyer who pays $50 for a stripped LTC.

Noone here is going pay 50USD for this. Max 10USD-20USD max 30 if you are lucky.

Meh well, the level itself should be worth alot of money. and For now I can only do NX since i don't have paypal lol, and there are still PERMANENT weapons, even if they're gp they are still permanent. so 20-30$ nx i would be happy if thats what its actually worth

GP perms really arent worth anything. Even though I can do 42-14 with my Scar-L and only 37-12 with my sopmod, GP perms go for nothing :\

You can't get GP perms anymore unless they go on sale or you have them for over 3500 days, they fixed the perm thing remember?
