Boosting / Statpadding in BO2 on PC allowed? [NO HELP]

Hey there, i just went and boosted the nuclear callsign yesterday with a friend (30 Kills without dying using only firearms).
Does Tr3yarch give out bans for mild boosting with tac inserts ? I head that they do on Consoles because they don't offer VAC.
But whats the deal on PC?

First time caught they will reset your stats. Second time they will permanently ban you.

If anyone in the lobby notices it (and it's pretty obvious as you go 30/0 w/o ever killing someone else than your friend), and reports you, you're pretty much banned.
As there is a whole team of people at Treyarch that actually care about the PC version, and they're dedicated to it, do nothing else.
They do read reports, and ban 10s of people every day.
