Done a million of times, if you get lucky and have a good community to support you via donations you can make some cash. It's all about work and luck. I wouldn't go in there to try to make a profit because chances are you won't.

I run a Garry mod's TTT server with meh friend, I don't do it for the money but it seem seems like a cool idea

If you want money you need a job, you're not going to make any significant amonut of cash over the internet as a part time "job" such as running a server or similar

Well i guess theres always that depending on how desperate you are for money, i was talking about the things they always suggest on HF though like referal sites or running a server or uploading hacks to paid file sharing sites etc. Those all promise hundreds of dollars but in reality you make like 4 dollars an hour unless you get really lucky
