Your Guid got banned when you played with hacks on PB servers.
If you got global ban you're unlucky, because you can access only 1 server there which has PB disabled.

bud ur banned plain and simple u can appeal but ur chances of success are slim

Banned. Nothing you can do, other that buy a new key. Dont worry though, you can get one on g2play for like 10 bucks. You could always try to appeal, but as code17a said, its not very likely for you to succed.
