Can't use shop loader in Le Bot 7.2?

Everytime I try to load a shop it says "Action taken too quickly, try again in a moment."
Am I doing something wrong? I'm putting the shop's number and pressing load shop.

And after load shop just wait until the shop come out, if the shop not out it mean the shop id you enter don't have
