Phantomkeys ban while I had no access to internet

I'm here to dispute the ban of my account "Phantomkeys". Recently my router broke on me and I had to order a new one so there was a 2-3 day period where I could not get on skype to replace people's keys, nor could I get on mpgh to defend myself when one guy reported me on the Scammer Grave. I also just worked things out with the guy who reported me and he has pledged to post here backing up what I am saying.

I'm talking to him on Skype right now, he gave me enough proof that he couldn't give me keys because his router was shut down. The mistake was not only his to not say anything on skype, but mine for not thinking what could've happened to him.

This morning I did get a message from Phantom. It Said:




We discussed a Refund of $10 and agreed upon $7
I asked for a partial refund and was offered $7 or Continuing of LifeTime Service.
I chose the $7 refund. Phantom does seem apologetic about what happened,
And I just had my modem crap out on me, so I know how that can be.
However a quick contact on a Skype App on phone would be nice,
It might not have been possible though.
