    Guy attempted to scam got caught.. Was asked to refund but vicum didnt want the refund and instead wanted him banned but scammer forced the refund upon him and so i guess the victim took it and now scammer opened up a dispute . I have told victim to give the 'refund' back to scammer but that 'refund' supposedly a steam account was revoered by original owner now scammer wanta to get unbanned.. Dont think thata gona happen you can close this up.
