Proxy Program for games?

Are there any Proxy Programs that will help you get a lower ping, for example using a proxy of Thailand to get lower ping in Sea A.v.a? I've tried multiple programs but none actually works. Or is it because there's no program that can use Proxies for games?

The nature of a proxy or VPN will always raise your ping. The best one for me and the one I use in KAVA raises my ping by about 10-15% which is not bad, is Ultraurf VPN. It also has an IP changer just for websites too on the Home page.

I don't get the program, I don't get to enter a Proxy or whatsoever. Either I'm a newb or this Program is just unclear.
