Help save my brothers phone!

My brother spilled milk all over his Galaxy S2, I told him to just get a new phone because that phone is garbage, but he refuses. I know that you can repair corrosion, especially in phones because not much moisture can get into deep components. He just recently damaged it and has been soaking that shit in rice, but if I can open it before corrosion occurs, can I just dry it off internally? Or should we just leave it drying, let it corrode and remove the corrosion chemically?

The phones themselves are awesome, IOS is garbage.

iOS > Windows.

Windows uses so much memory for simple tasks while iOS X simply does it better.
The interface may seem weird and I prefer Windows over it, it's 'more user friendly'.
People did tests with iOS X and Windows 7, people which were totally new to computers were introduced to it. People with iOS X understood it faster.

But overall , I have Windows 7, so I'm keeping it.
