My PC Slows down after short time of startup

For the last couple of days my computer has been slowing down ALOT after 30-1hr of startup,I have been trying to find out what is the issue, everything is well connected on my computer,I scanned it and used CCLeaner to see if it helps but still slows down by alot you can notice a big difference right away.

    Some more info:
My CPU always runs at 27-38C
My GPU always runs at 38 idle - 60C underload
    Nothing is overclocked atm

This happens even without doing anything intensive, just simple browser on mpgh and my computer slows down after the time mentioned.
I really hope some of you guys can help me out cause this never happened before, and It's not just browsing that slows downs.

    Computer Specs:
    OS:
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

    CPU:
    Intel Core i5 3570k @ 3.40Ghz

    Ram:
    Corsair Vengeance 8GB DD3 @1600Mhz

    Motherboard:
    Asus P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155

    PSU:
    Thermaltake - TR2-600NL2NC

    Graphics:
    Acer H236HL (1920x1080@60Hz)
    HP 2311 (1920x1080@60Hz)
2048MB GeForce GTX 660 Ti (EVGA)

    Hard Drives:
500GB Samsung 840 Series SSD(Using as my boot drive)
    1TB Seagate ST31000524AS 7200RPM(Storage)

Last time I checked everything is connected well and on Device Manager is good aswell.
System runs stable at all time,no BSOD or any graphical/hard drive issues but you can still notice the massive speed drop.
Please someone help me out I can send you Teamviewer so you can check if anything needs to be fixed also this started happening like 1 week ago but never paid much attention to it.

What cooling do you have installed? Overheating seems to be the problem here.

Though that's a great fan, you might want to think about upgrading to a larger fan, adding a case fan, or switching to liquid cooling. It's slowing down after startup because your defualt programs are yet to boot. I'd suggest running msconfig and weeding out unneeded processes and serivces for booting.

Well if it's an active rather than a passive defense, they'll take up a hell of a lot of RAM.
