I used a trainer and i have now 3423546545565 kills with every scorestreak and similar... can i, in 14th rank, do fresh reset to restart? and how?

-Yes, once you prestige you earn a Prestige Token. Which can be used to do a Fresh Start. (And all stats will be cleared)
