Need help with build

Don't think there's a point to Xfire 7970's.

-Intel Core i5 3570K (A good processor for gaming)
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 SLI (This is cheaper than a GTX 690/Titan and if I'm not mistaken is more powerful than a single 690/Titan)
-16GB Corsair XMS RAM (Quite a decent RAM brand, 16GB is enough for a good PC)
-Corsair AX850 Gold PSU (To power everything you have)
-ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe (A good mobo for a good PC)
-1TB Western Digital Blue HDD (I'm not too sure exactly what do they offer)

Throw all of them into a Cooler Master HAF 932 case.

*All of these are just my opinion, I'm also pretty sure I left out some stuff but some parts I mentioned may be worth considering.

Then install and enjoy. It should give you at least 200-300 FPS on Medium Graphics and 150-200 At high maxed out. Also it wouldnt hurt to upgrade it to i7 and use Win 7 Ultimate.

Stopped watching when he recommended OCZ as an SSD. Obviously has no idea what he's on about and just looks up whatevers the fastest at the moment.

That's all you'll ever need. Should last around 4 years depending on how fast games utilize VRAM and extra cores.

You can lower the price with a cheaper HDD or skip the optical drive or grab a Hyper212 instead of the Corsair H100i. I'd leave everything else though.

Do you ever read the fucking post? Do you not see the price requirement? You don't even mention an SSD. If you're going to bloat out the latest and greatest at least pretend to know what you're talking about.

Why dual 670s? I have a single one and I would just spend the extra $200 for a 690 if it was me. Also I'd advice on a Noctua NH-D14 for a cooler, and a bigger case. I recommend Doc's build, of course I would make a few modifications to it myself.

8gb Dominator RAM for sure.
1x GTX 690 but 2x GTX 670 is still really good, no complaint there.

I didnt check the US price for a 690 but where I live, theyre at least 3-4 times more expensive than a single 670. If it works out cheaper over there than I definitely recommend a 690, even a Titan wouldn't be bad value. I just know that for Aus dual 670 is the most cost effective option.

As for the Noctua hsf, I definitely would recommend that but a Hyper 212 is more than enough for standard clocks and factory turbo boost. Definitely agree with grabbing Noctua fans, they have such good static pressure and near silent to boot.

$1000 for a 690 here, and $370 for a 670. True, Hyper 212 + Noctua fans, quiet and cool.

There's no point for for a $300 motherboard. He won't be using any SLI configurations. A $130-150 Motherboard would be plentiful.
OCZ Sucks dick. No offence, its fact. Intel 520 or Samsung 840 would of been the better choice.
The HDD isn't that good, hence the price. WD Black's are the best.
PSU is overkill, 600 would be plenty. Also take in mind of a good efficiency.
The CPU cooler isn't a bad choice, but water coolers have too many problems. Noctua DH-14 is the best imho, won't make any noise.

FPS is dependent on what game, some games are better for Nvidia and others for AMD, (vice versa). a GHZ 7970 would of destroyed the 680.
In price and performance.

You won't be running games at high with 150-200, no way. Probably around 70-120. It really depends on the game though.
