and by the time -20 or so seconds

I think what it means is: When someone votes to kick you leave and come back really fast and then vote to kick yourself. But I could be wrong.

lol that happend to me alot of time it when about more then 4000 seconds

also When someone votes to kick you leave by 5-7seec. and come back really fast

and then are the seconds in -2 or so and go higher^^

Happened to me too, cept the game ended before the voting ended. It was still there next game, on a different map and a different server! It was there lol....
