    Well you can be right but this is how i go and train:

    First 20 minutes i go running/jogging.
    than 10 minutes on the bike.
    Than most time i go for muscle training, starting with my legs and going up to my back, chest, shoulders and arms (Biseps and triseps). Than i go and train my belly and by the time ive done all that there has been like 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes past.

    This time i did my back muscle as last couse it was quite busy in the gym and most of the training thingy's were taken.
    You obviously probably pulled or strained an unintended muscle. Which suggests that you're doing the exercise / workout wrong.
